There is also a fridge/freezer and dining table with chairs. For entertainment, you will find a wall-mounted TV and unlimited Wi-Fi. The studio has views over the rear garden.

The en-suite shower room has a shower, toilet, and wash basin.

A small gym is located in the garden, which you can use. Parking is at the front of the property.

All utility bills and a weekly housekeeping service that cleans the studio and refreshes the bed linen and towels are included in the rental.

This would ideally suit a professional who works in the Milton Keynes area and is looking for a Monday to Friday stay.   The property is just a short drive to Milton Keynes Central Station and a 30-minute walk to Central Milton Keynes.

The monthly rental is £735, and complete VAT invoices will be provided.  A minimum 3-month stay applies.
