How can I contact you regarding viewing my accommodation?
Do you pay me the same rental each month?
Yes. With our landlord services, as well as offering rental payments at market rate, we also guarantee your rent for the duration of the contract, regardless of whether or not the property is constantly occupied.
Do you deduct a management fee from the monthly rental?
No. Unlike letting agents who take a monthly fee or finders fee, we do not deduct any monies for managing your property. You receive the full rental every month, as stated on the tenancy agreement.

How often is my accommodation inspected?
Every week our housekeeping team will visit your property to carry out a clean and a full refresh of linen. During the cleaning, they will check for any damages and immediately report back to the office should they spot anything. The office then takes the necessary steps to make any repairs and will also contact you to discuss them beforehand
Do you provide a tenancy contract?
We have our own tenancy contract, and we will send a copy to you to read through before signing.
Do you prefer furnished or unfurnished accommodation
We prefer the accommodation to be fully furnished as long as it is to a good standard. We work with many furniture suppliers and will be happy to assist you with purchasing any items if needed. The standard of the accommodation will reflect in the rental payment offered.
What type of guests would stay in my accommodation?
Many of our guests are contractors and travelling employees on business, with just a few leisure guests arriving in mainly high season.
SSMK pays the council tax, gas, electricity, Sky, broadband and also for the weekly clean. The landlord is responsible for paying any site management charges, should they apply.
Do you have your own maintenance person?
We have our own maintenance person who carries out minor repairs. For larger tasks, we would contact you to discuss as you may have your own preferred contractor., We can obtain a quote if required and discuss with you further.
